REFUND POLICY:
No refunds are given on purchases. Classes canceled before the late cancel window will be added back to your account for rescheduling.
CLASS CANCELLATION (BY CLIENT) & ’NO SHOW’ POLICY:
Kindly give us 8 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 8 hours of class start time will be subject to the full charge or will be taken from package, plus an extra $15 charge (plus tax) per late cancel.
$20 fee (plus tax) for 'no show' - A ‘no show’ is defined as any reservation that is not canceled and the client does not attend their reservation.
CLASS CANCELLATION (BY STUDIO) POLICY:
We require a minimum of 3 clients in each class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if fewer than 3 clients are booked. Clients will be notified of the cancellation no later than 12 hours before the class start time (early morning classes will be notified the afternoon before). You will be provided with alternate class times and we will work with you to find classes that work best with your schedule.
To prevent class cancellations, we encourage you to book your classes at least 24 hours in advance.
SNOW & INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
For the safety of our clients and instructors, Reform Pilates may modify or cancel classes due to severe weather at our discretion.
Please note:
If a class remains on the schedule and is taught, all regular cancellation policies apply.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit, even during inclement weather.
This policy is in place to ensure our instructors—who still travel to the studio and teach—are compensated fairly.
Studio-initiated cancellations:
If Reform Pilates cancels a class due to weather, all clients will receive their class credit back automatically.
We encourage clients to use their best judgment when booking classes during winter weather and to monitor studio communications for updates.
