Reformer Classes

Group Reformer
Focused on seamless flow and transition, this high energy Pilates class will have you toning and firming those muscles all while you stretch and lengthen the entire body.

Athletic Reform
This total body workout combines the traditional Pilates method with modern techniques. This class will define your core and sculpt your muscles like no other. Those looking for full body workout, improved posture, flexibility, and a mind-body connection will find it here as Athletic Reform is sure to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body!

Pump + Sculpt
This workout combines Pilates and weights for the most intense burn ever.

Stoke your metabolism and carve your core with this unique training mash-up. We promise you will leave with shaking muscles.

Jump + Sculpt
A powerful combination of fat burning cardiovascular exercises on the Jumpboard, with light jumping for the abs. This conditioning program will lengthen and strengthen your muscles, with the added advantage of improving your muscle-to-fat ratio.

This is a fun, quick-paced class that will work your body from head to toe.

Stretch + Sculpt
Don't let the name full you! We still work hard. Stretch + Sculpt is the perfect class to compliment your regular workouts and to help combat everyday stress. Using the Reformer and various small props, this class focuses on releasing muscle tightness, reducing stress and improving flexibility and range of motion in your joints. We also spend time sculpting the body with light weights.

Come workout along with Amanda. Classes offered at a discounted rate and are not included in unlimited packages. Class is not suitable for beginners or those that require special modifications.

CLASS CANCELLATION (BY CLIENT) & ’NO SHOW’ POLICY:

Kindly give us 12 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class start time will be subject to the full charge or will be taken from package. After two late cancels in a month there will be an extra $15 charge per late cancel.

$25 fee for 'no show' - A ‘no show’ is defined as any reservation that is not canceled and the client does not attend their reservation.

Late cancels fees are charged at the end of each month and no show fees are charged they day of the no show.


CLASS CANCELLATION (BY STUDIO) POLICY:

We require a minimum of 3 clients in each class. We reserve the right to cancel a class if fewer than 3 clients are booked. Clients will be notified of the cancellation no later than 12 hours before the class start time (early morning classes will be notified the afternoon before). You will be provided with alternate class times and we will work with you to find classes that work best with your schedule.

To prevent class cancellations, we encourage you to book your classes at least 24 hours in advance.
